| I reserve the right to decline any commission that I am uncomfortable with. |
| Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased. |
| Please provide clear references and details for your request. |
| 2. Payment |
| Payment is required upfront (or 50% upfront / 50% on completion, if agreed). |
| All prices are in USD. |
| Payments are accepted via [PayPal/Stripe]. |
| 3. Process & Revisions |
| I will provide a sketch or rough draft for approval before continuing. |
| Minor revisions are free; major changes after approval may require an additional fee. |
| The time to complete your commission may vary depending on complexity and my schedule. |
| 4. Delivery |
| Finished artworks will be delivered digitally (high-resolution PNG/JPEG). |
| No physical items will be shipped unless otherwise agreed. |
| 5. Usage & Rights |
| You may post and share your commissioned artwork with proper credit. |
| You may not claim the artwork as your own, alter it without permission, or use it for AI training. |
| Commercial usage (e.g., for book covers, merchandise, promotions) requires an additional fee. |
| 6. Refunds & Cancellations |
| Full refunds are only possible if I have not yet started your commission. |
| Partial refunds may be given depending on how much work is completed. |
| No refunds once the artwork is fully completed and delivered. |
